A face should be allowed to remain alive - to move, express, change, and evolve. I believe facial care can be less about correcting what time does to us and more about understanding the conditions that allow our tissues to function well over time. My work is grounded in curiosity about the physiology of the face and respect for the intelligence of the person beneath my hands. My deeper understanding changes not only how I work, but what becomes visible in the face.
Your Skin is telling a bigger story
A Deeper Understanding of the Skin
What guides my work
A practice built through study, touch and attention
I’ve worked as a licensed esthetician since 2008, but my education has never stayed within the boundaries of traditional skincare. Over time, i’ve developed a detailed understanding of lymphatic function, fascia and connective tissue (from skin to bone), the physiological processes of skin, the nervous system, the structures that give the face form and function, and the biological processes involved in visible aging.
My advanced manual study includes lymphatic drainage, connective-tissue and fascial techniques, craniosacral and facial bone balancing, advanced buccal and intraoral work, facial gua sha, facial reflexology, visceral/manual therapy and somatic approaches. My clinical perspective is also informed by years working around sophisticated topical care and medical-aesthetic interventions including lasers, peels and microneedling. I study these systems because they influence what we see: contour, puffiness, tension, movement, color, softness and the way light moves across the face.
Rather than treating these as separate techniques, I draw from them as a shared language for understanding how the face moves, holds, adapts and changes. My work is less about performing a method and more about developing perception: knowing what skilled touch and topical care can meaningfully influence, where restraint matters and how to support tissue integrity over time. The work may leave the face looking more lifted, sculpted, rested or luminous, but those changes aren’t imposed from the outside. They emerge from working intelligently with the structures that give the face its form.
My view of aging is not built around stopping change. We age from birth; skin, fat, connective tissue and bone continually change. Vibrant, hydrated, radiant skin with movement is possible at any age, even as volume and turgor naturally evolve.
The skin is never just the skin. It is an organ. It is a messenger. It is part of a larger system.

My Journey
A practice shaped by curiosity

For too long, women have been taught to fight their bodies - to correct, tighten, smooth, erase, and optimize. I believe your body is constantly communicating with you, and that beautiful skin doesn't come from overriding those signals. My work is about creating the conditions for your system to soften, regulate, and return to its own intelligence. If you've reached the point where more products, more protocols, and more optimization aren't giving you what you're looking for, it may be time for a different approach.
This Is More Than just a Facial
